A proper Bloody Mary with heat, balance and depth, brought to life with Original Hot, perfect for drizzling, dunking, pouring, and yes, making the perfect Bloody Mary.

Ingredients

  • 120ml vodka

  • 320ml tomato juice

  • 1 lemon, halved

  • Original Hot, to taste

  • Worcestershire sauce, 4 dashes

  • Fine sea salt, to taste

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • Ice

  • Celery sticks

  • Green olives

Directions

Cut the lemon in half and run it around the rim of two wine or cocktail glasses.

Tip salt and black pepper onto a small plate and dip the rims of the glasses to coat.

Fill the glasses with ice.

Pour 60ml vodka into each glass.

Top each glass with 160ml tomato juice.

Squeeze in fresh lemon juice, to taste.

Add 4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce to each glass.

Add Original Hot to taste, start with a few dashes and build from there.

Add a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Stir well until fully combined and chilled.

Top up with a little extra ice if needed.

Finish with a celery stick and a few olives to garnish.
