Light, fluffy butter whipped with Honey Sriracha for the perfect balance of sweetness and warmth. Slather it on your toast, spread it over your roasted veg, or pair it with whatever else you want to elevate.
200g salted butter, softened to room temperature
2–3 tbsp Honey Sriracha (adjust to taste)
Pinch of flaky sea salt
Freshly cracked black pepper
Rosemary, finely chopped (optional)
Make sure your butter is properly softened (but not melted). It should give easily when pressed.
Using a hand whisk or electric mixer, whip the butter for 2–3 minutes until pale, smooth and fluffy.
Add 2 tablespoons of Honey Sriracha and continue whipping until fully incorporated. Taste and add more if you want extra sweetness or spice.
Add a small pinch of flaky salt and a twist of black pepper.
Spoon into a bowl and finish with an extra drizzle of Honey Sriracha and chopped rosemary.
